Races to give +5 to saves vs ??? instead grant +2 to defences, +2 to saves and an immediate save vs save ends effects.
Skill checks: Nat 1 = -5, Nat 20 = 25. Example, Bob has +14 Athletics and rolls a 1. He gets a 9 athletics. With a 20 he would get 39.
Saving Throws: Nat 1 is automatic failure, Nat 20 is automatic success.
Low-magic game: Magic items are rare. Potions do exist but are more alchemical in nature.
Inherent Bonus system will be used.
At 5th level every character gets an Expertise bonus to all attacks (free basic expertise feats for all attacks)
Minions hit by auto-damage get a save to live.
